It is not so easy to make an excellent tasting instant mix for pancakes and waffles containing high amounts of proteins and low amounts of sugar and fat.
With this product Nanox again created a most delicious mix for pancakes as well as waffles, with a light touch of vanilla and cinnamon.
Sugars are partly replaced by fructose, keeping energetic values low and having a similar sweet taste as normal sugar. And with a total of 3% sugars are kept really low.
We used whole oat meal enriched with whey protein, egg and complete milk protein (casein) to come to the final result, giving you a rich 40% of proteins per 100 g of mix
Unique with this product is that you can make with the same mix as well pancakes as delicious Belgian waffles.

How to make pancakes:
For 3 to 4 pancakes: mix 100 grams of instant powder mix with 120 ml of water or skimmed milk. Leave it to stand for 5 minutes. In the meantime, heat a pancake pan (preferably a non-stick pan, or use a little fat or oil). Pour the batter mix into the pan and spread out evenly. Flip the pancake as soon as the batter is dry and the underside has browned. Your pancake is now ready.
How to make waffles:
For 4 waffles: Mix 100 grams of instant powder mix with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Leave it to stand for 5 minutes. Heat the waffle iron and put the batter onto one side of it. Close the lid and let it cook for 2 minutes. Your waffle is now ready
This product contains traces of lactose, egg and animal proteins.
